About the event
Join Native Lands and Friends of the Kaw for a volunteer restoration workday at Kaw River State Park! We'll remove invasive plant species and plant the riverbank with beneficial natives. Native plants protect the river by slowing and filtering runoff and preventing erosion - and they're beautiful! Bring workgloves, loppers, a trowel, or shovel, and water to drink.
